This oil is striking for the clarity of the bitter notes and for a very pleasant final note of chilli. It is proposed as a consistent oil for combinations with important meat dishes, perfect with pork and lamb whose sweet notes are able to balance; Perfect on a tomato salad, excellent on aged cheeses.
