CONFIRM RESERVATION

• Booking confirmation must be sent by email;
• At the moment of reservation valid credit card details are required and 15 days prior to the arrival date a 40% deposit of the total amount will be withdrawn from the given credit card;
• The reservation is confirmed only once deposit and/or guests’ credit card details have been received and confirmed to the guest (based on the tariff conditions set out at the time of reservation). Conditions may change in case of special offers or promotions;
• At the moment of the reservation, a 40% deposit of the total amount be withdrawn from the given credit card for longer stays, for reservations of 14 nights or more and groups’ reservations (in this case also for shorter periods when the sum is at least of 14) nights;
• Filling out this form or sending a copy of a bank transfer represents the acceptation of this policy and its clauses.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• In case of cancellation from confirmation day up to 16 days prior to arrival day 0% will be charged;
• In case of cancellation from 15 to 2 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee correspondent to 40% of the entire stay will be charged as penalty;
•In case of cancellation 1 day up to the same day of arrival or in case of “no-show “ a cancellation fee correspondent to 100%of the stay will be charged as penalty.

 

EARLY BOOKING - NOT REFUNDABLE RATES

Reservations @Not refundable rates are subject to a not refundable prepayment and in case of cancellation or early departure cannot be refundable.

 

EARLY DEPARTURES

In case of early departure, for any reason, the entire stay(100%) will be charged.

 

DISCLAIMERS FOR LONGER STAYS (APPLICABLE FROM 14 NIGHTS)

At the reservation time a 40% deposit of the total amount be withdrawn as deposit.
• In case of cancellation from confirmation day up to 30 days prior to the arrival date 0% will be charged as penalty and deposit will be refund;
• In case of cancellation from 30 up to 2 days prior the arrival day a cancellation fee correspondent to 40% of the entire stay will be held as penalty;
• In case of cancellation from 1 day before up to the same day of arrival or in case of “no show”, a cancellation fee correspondent to 100% of the entire stay will be charged as penalty.
